HI, I stayed for 15days has my In-law admited in Yashoda Hospital, Housekeeping & Room services is very good, they had prompt service, staff are very kind heart persons, they helped me a lot, hotel ambiance is poor but over all its an excellent hotel. I proffered my friends & others to stay at this hotel.

previously it is good one not now In my opinion Food taste is very very very less if any one eat definitely they will go to hospital. Already I told that General Manager Also. I thought he has not fit for that and he has no knowledge in Food & beverages. Here staff are not qualified professionals they are cheap fellows also 1. Flat form food is better than this hotel 2. Room Service Staff are not respond quickly 3. HOuse keeping is also waste fellows they don't have adequate knowledge even manager are not train them 4. Bar & Restaurant are there I don't want to explain on this because Food is not high hygienic 5. They provide net facility but it is connected

Hotel smells like urine. The sheets are dirty. We did not get the room we booked and staff were rude when we tried to get the twin room. The service is slow and there is no locks on the windows. Don't stay here.

rooms are not maintained properly bedsheets are old and one was used age old airconditioning is not controllable, used the same room 18 years back in 1997, really the same old paints same old bedsheets, nothing has been changed breakfast is very good

I got to Hyderabad to participate in the APAO-AIOS ophthalmology conference, however prefered to stay in the city in a hotel i picked (rather than the suggestions offered by the conference). I accidently got to hotel Urvasi in Secunderabad and fell inlove immediatly. As mentioned in another review it is simple, very simple, but you get all you need - clean room, hot water, cable TV, free wifi, great(!!!) indian restaurant and last but not least - a very welcoming and helping staff. From minute to minute I found out I like it more and more. Next time I'm in Hyderabad I'll use this accomodation for sure. Didi
